Thank you to all of our backers for helping us reach our goal and making our project a reality!
There are a couple steps that need to take place:
Kickstarter will process credit card payments and transfer over the funds. This process can take roughly 2 weeks to complete.
We will be working with the BackerKit team to send you an easy-to-use survey to collect your shipping address as well as allow you to configure your rewards and choose add-ons if need be.
Hold tight while we work out the next couple steps! We will give you a heads up before we send the survey so you know to watch out for it. Our ability to fulfill orders really depends on receiving the survey information so please get it back to us as quickly as you can.
The sooner the customer completes the address information, it will help speed up the entire process.
Add-ons item Preview:
We have provided over 60 different items for add-on selection. For rewarding backers, some items have offered up to 60% discount. All of them are the most powerful products the market sought after.
At the same time, you can also purchase add-ons EXINNO 240W and 120W. Different purchased levels will get different discounts. Purchased 2 or more EXINNO Backers will get a bigger discount
Some countries cannot ship battery products. We will hide Powerbank item choice as a backer for these countries.
Timetable:
After the crowdfunding completed, we will start counting the number of backers, shipping costs, material supply, and various tasks immediately. Since everything goes smooth currently, we’re in fact ahead of schedule and may deliver a bit earlier than anticipated.

7/12/2021 ~ 23/12/2021 :
Backers will receive email notifications from Backer Kit. You need to fill in the address, choose any add-on items, (like Next Pouch, C to C cable) .
If you did not fill in the address or did not receive the email. We will notify you up to 5 times with different email addresses
25/12/2021 :
Mass production of 3000 pcs EXINNO will be completed and quality inspection will immediately carry out.
26/12/2021 :
Backers address info and add-on purchases will be locked at Backer Kit. Preparation for delivery of goods will commence.
29/12/2021
280 x Hong Kong Backers local pickup and sent. And collect product survey reports within one week

If there is no problem with the Hong Kong backers EXINNO survey report, all orders will be sent immediately
If there is a problem with the product. We will re-check and the problem will be correct immediately. The shipping time may be delayed and we will post an update notification detail.
Hong Kong is a very small and dense city. So it can quickly local pickup the EXINNO and easily collect questionnaires.
We think that this is the best way for everyone to receive the perfect product.

IMPORTANT:
The deadline for receiving reply survey is set to be 25th Dec. 2021. A postponement of delivery may incurred for 2 to 4 months should backer failed to reply back on time. Additional transportation fees may incurred and we retain the right to charge the balance.

There are two things we want to explain and update:
1. About turning off the light display
2. Stretch goals gift adjustment.
3.Confirmed support MacBook Pro M1 Max 100W charging
1. About turning off the light display
We found in the survey . Some Backers did not know that EXINNO already have the light off function. It can be turned off .Just need to pressing the triangle button for three seconds. This is a function that we have considered when we started designing.
2. Stretch goals gift adjustment.
We heard your voice. Some Backers requested to adjust the stretch goals structure. We have tried our best to use the limited amount to make the gift. We believe it is the most gift item and easy to reach in the history of Kickstarter. After we use esoteric mathematical calculations .The following structure will not lead us to bankruptcy ;(
PS: As long as you to help disseminate the news about EXINNO, We believe we can reach the goal of US$550,000 or more.
3.Confirmed support MacBook Pro M1 Max 100W charging
We have purchased the latest Macbook M1 Max and used EXINNO to charge M1 MAX.
The M1 MAX does not need 140W charging in all cases. It is only needed for high-power calculations program. For example, Final cut pro export, 3D rendering will reach 140W power consumption.
If you use EXINNO to charge under high power conditions program. It will not reduce the %power, but only increase the power slowly.
Under normal circumstances, EXINNO can fully charge MACBOOK Pro M1 Max within 2 Hours.
