Good news! We successfully optimized EXINNO. But the bad news is...

Hey backers.
We are happy to announce that we have successfully solved the noise problem of EXINNO.
In countless attempts. Our engineers accidentally discovered that the viscous lubricant can make the high frequency vibration disappear.
The simple explanation is to replace one of the transformers. And soak the GaN chips in "WD-40" lubricant for 2 hours. Dry for 12 hours. (Yes...WD-40...)
We succeeded in reducing the high frequency noise from 20 dB to 2 dB. Here is the video with the sound amplified by 5 times:
The bad news is that we have to disassemble all the 2000pcs EXINNO that have been mass produced. The loss is about US$100,00.
However, we spend more time & cost to testing the product quality before shipping, just to find out the problem and fix it.
Its because We can't ship an immature product to Kickstarter backers just because they are early backers. Backers are our most important partners. This product wouldn't exist without you.

We have endeavoring to arrange the shipment, and having a hard time of it. Nonetheless, what is certain is that mountains are impossible for us to move, and many things in life are just too much for us to handle. However, when we trust in ourselves and have faith, ANYTHING is possible.
